Mariner's Museum to host the 2004 Vintage Traditional Watercraft RegattaMark your Calendar! September 16 -19!May 29, 2004 -- Join The Mariners’ Museum as it hosts the four-day 2004 Vintage Traditional Watercraft Regatta sponsored by the US Vintage Model Yacht Group. Model yacht sailing vessels will take over Lake Maury as young and old remote boat captains compete in a variety of classes in an effort to clinch the top spots of their divisions. Bring your entire family on Saturday, September 18, for food, fun, music, and activities for all ages centered on the third day of the Regatta. Talk with the remote boat captains, get up-close to some of the model skipjacks, schooners, and J-boats, and enjoy a full day of family fun.
